Because we provide custom, labor-intensive digital services and intangible digital deliverables, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy for Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing, search engine optimization, and professional writing services, all payments made for completed work, research, onboarding, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
Once our team dedicates time, strategy, and resources to your project, that labor cannot be recovered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work closely with you to address any concerns professionally and fairly.
2. Content Writing Services (Blogs, Copywriting, Website Content)
Revisions
To ensure you receive exactly what you need, every content writing project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.
Approval and Delivery
Once a piece of content is reviewed, revised, and approved by you, the project is considered finalized, and no refunds will be issued.
Mid-Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a content project after research or drafting has begun but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
3. SEO and Ongoing Digital Marketing Campaigns
SEO and digital marketing are long-term strategies. Results depend on multiple factors, including market competition, website history, and third-party search engine algorithms.
No Guaranteed Rankings
While we follow industry-best practices and ethical SEO methods, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic numbers, or sales results.
Monthly Services
Payments for monthly SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, or other recurring services are billed in advance.
If you wish to cancel a monthly service, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for active billing periods. Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
4. Setup and Strategy Fees
Any fees charged for:
- Website audits
- Competitor analysis
- Keyword research
- Marketing strategy planning
- Technical setup
- Tracking configuration
are completely non-refundable, as these services involve immediate professional analysis and implementation.
5. Project Delays and Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project completion, clients are expected to provide necessary information, approvals, content, and access credentials on time.
If a project remains inactive for more than 30 consecutive days due to lack of client response, the project may be temporarily paused. Restarting the project may require additional charges depending on the work status.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.
Filing unauthorized chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of ongoing services
- Removal of access to deliverables
- Permanent account termination
- Legal recovery actions for unpaid balances if necessary
